DoD Contracting
T3 Aero is a staffing and consulting company with SDVOSB set aside eligibility. Our goal is to leverage the tactical knowledge and combat experience of career veterans to develop and enhance the next generation of tactics, weapon systems, and warfighters. T3 Aero’s leadership team alone has over 90 years of training, operational and industry experience to inform engineering, test and evaluation, and deployment of new weapon systems for aircrew, ground troops and SOF operators. Our employees have extensive cross-service and contractor contacts, geographic and organization familiarity, an understanding of end-user requirements, and visibility on second and third order operational issues in the fog of war that only comes from a career of military service.

Aircraft Modifications
T3 Aero has hangar facilities, veteran Maintenance Officer leadership, experienced and highly creative Inspector Authorized A&Ps, engineers and a former Air Force test pilot to modify or repair your aircraft. We’re experienced with ISR ball, hard point, pod and rail installations, cabin user station and computer rack fabrication, medevac configuration, NVG compatible cockpit instrumentation, and gasoline to diesel engine conversion for NATO compatibility. We implement your life extension programs on small or medium size aircraft and helicopters. T3 Aero can demilitarize end-of-contract aircraft and return them to original configuration for commercial use or repurpose them for the next contract.
Cold Spray Repairs
Supersonic Particle Deposition is a revolutionary additive manufacturing and repair technology similar to welding but without using high heat, thus the name Cold Spray. The low application temps protect the substrate from warping and future corrosion issues. The application is best suited for high cost, highly machined, forged or cast parts worn or corroded beyond service limits.
