Prior to founding T3 Aero, Davin worked as a Project Engineer for DoD/USAF Special Projects managing engineering, military aircraft modifications, production schedules, ground, flight testing and delivery of special ISR and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Davin is the former Commander of the USAF Weapons School’s B-1 Squadron. Additionally, he served as Aide to the CFACC during Operation Enduring Freedom, Director of the AFCENT Commander’s Action Group (CAG), AFCENT Master Air Attack Plan (MAAP) Chief, and flew Close Air Support combat missions over Afghanistan. He is a graduate and former instructor of the USAF Weapons School, has a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from Colorado State University and a Masters in Performance Tech from Boise State’s College of Engineering.

David serves as an Operations Subject Matter Expert in the USAF Mission Planning Program Office and works as Product Manager producing strike aviation software for the USAF, USN, USMC and FMS partners. Prior to entering the private sector, David commanded three squadrons of JTACs with the 101st Air Assault Division in Afghanistan, and guided six squadrons of TACP with the 82nd Airborne in Iraq. He served as the J-3 for the Tomahawk Land Attack Missile and commanded two squadrons conducting air strikes where he served as a strike package commander night one into Iraq. David is an Air War College, Joint Targeting School, USAF Weapons School and Joint Firepower Control Course graduate. He received a BS in Business from Norwich University, and a MA from Air University.

Prior to T3 Aero, Andrew served as the commander of the 52nd Expeditionary Operations Group, Det 2 in Miroslawiec Poland where he oversaw the standup of the first MQ-9 Reaper base in Poland. He secured airspace agreements, data pipeline upgrades, network installation and two SCIF certifications for in less than one year. As Government Flight Representative he ensured the successful partnership of contractor owned and operated ISR platforms with military flying squadrons. Andrew was the top graduate in his pilot training class and flew in the fighter, bomber, and airlift communities over his 30+ year military career. He served as a squadron commander at Dover AFB, in the Air and Space Operations Center and on the 17 AF Staff at Ramstein AB, Germany. He’s a graduate of Air War College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Univ.

David Hickey
David serves as T3 Aero’s Chief Operating Officer and supports DoD’s most inventive projects. During his military service, David served as a USAF Weapons School instructor and an exchange instructor with USN Fighter Weapons School – TOP GUN. He has combat experience in Iraq, Kosovo, and Afghanistan, serving as a strike package commander night one in Iraq, and commanding two operational support squadrons. He was the J-3 for the Tomahawk Land Attack Missile, led six squadrons of TACP with the 82nd Airborne Division, and commanded a Group of USAF Joint Terminal Attack Controllers in Afghanistan in support of the 101st Air Assault Division. David’s an Air War College, Joint Targeting School, USAF Weapons School and Joint Firepower Control Course graduate. He received a BS in Business from Norwich University and an MA from Air University.

Andrew Eiler
